Protective Division One

Community Initiatives

Protective Division One is happy that you have decided to consider us as your armed security provider. This document will explain different customer service models of protective services that we provide for community security and rehabilitation. Our officers are SLED certified and are held to a high discipline standard. Our command structure is based on the same Para military system that most law enforcement agencies use. Our officers are uniformed and sharp, radio dispatched, and certified to carry the same equipment that normal law enforcement officers carry. We use marked and unmarked Ford Police Interceptors, with full emergency packages. We specialize in High-risk security, and we’ve been providing those services since 2006.

Why PD1?

Whatever the situation in your community may be, you can’t always keep an eye on it. A uniformed officer on the property is a deterrent for all crime, big and small. Some properties realize this by hiring local law enforcement. This usually works, however it is expensive, and you do not always get an officer who is committed to your community. Also, realize that these officers/deputies are working overtime when they are on your property. PD1 Officers are committed to your property and your our priority. Our rates are less expensive then local law enforcement, yet we still have the power to detain and arrest.

Your property, our commitment:

It is our mission at Protective Division One to protect you, your employees, and your clients. Our officers will make contacts, and report whom we talk to and see to show you what’s happening on your property. Our officers will speak with residence and promote crime prevention. We will also respond to calls for service and resolve community disputes. When the community notices this they will start to support PD1.

Violations:

At the officers’ discretion, he/she may issue a violation to a tenant, resident, or guest of a resident. This may be for anything simple such as loud music or something serious such as drug activity. Each violation will be accompanied by an incident report explaining the reason for the issuance. The purpose of these violations is to provide a formal record of incidents on the property. It will be the responsibility of the property to take action on these violations, whether by fine or eviction. You will find an example violation in this packet.
